GitLab Runner: Creating a Token

The updated GitLab runner registration flow, including where the new token is created and the options to select while registering.

The procedure for creating a token has been updated.

Check the box for running untagged jobs.

Provide a runner description. This is optional but will allow you to identify the runner.

Specify a time, assuming that the 600 second default might be insufficient.
